Terms of use for the BK8.io Ledger

Information only

The BK8.io Ledger publishes information about BK8.io, its licence, its payment methods, its games and its sponsorships. It does not operate any gambling service, take deposits, accept bets or hold player accounts. Any account you open, any deposit you make and any bet you place happens on bk8.io under BK8.io's own terms and conditions, between you and its operator, Mettlemind Tech Ltd.

Age and local law

This site is for adults aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Online gambling is restricted or prohibited in many countries. BK8.io's licence from Anjouan does not make it lawful for you to gamble where you are. Before you use any link to bk8.io, you are responsible for making sure online gambling is legal for you. If it is not, do not use it.

Accuracy

We check facts against BK8.io's own rules, regulator records and official announcements, and every page shows when it was last checked. Even so, operators change their terms, rates and payment methods without notice, and a fact that was correct on the date shown may be wrong today. BK8.io's own terms and its cashier always take precedence over anything written here. Tools on this site, such as the rebate calculator, give estimates based on published figures, not binding amounts.

No advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial or investment advice. Crypto assets can lose value quickly, and gambling carries a real risk of losing money. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose, and see our responsible gambling page if you need help.

Links and sponsored buttons

Some buttons link to bk8.io and are marked as sponsored in the page code. Other links point to news sources, sports bodies and regulators so you can read the original. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any site we link to.

Content and changes

The text, tables, tools and design of this site belong to the BK8.io Ledger, except quoted material and images credited to their owners, which remain theirs. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page. We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
